How Parvaz handles your information
Parvaz is a startup studio. This page covers the apply form on parv.az and the Parvaz panel at app.parv.az. Last updated 29 September 2026.
What we collect
- When you apply: your name, email, the path you pick, the answers for that path (for example your startup’s name and stage), and anything optional you add: LinkedIn, city, a pitch deck link and your message.
- When you use the panel: your email and name, and, if you sign in with Google, the name and profile picture Google shares. Inside the panel we keep what you and your team write there: weekly updates, mentorship sessions and notes, and asks.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on parv.az. The panel uses a cookie only to keep you signed in.
Why we use it
- To review your application and reply to you.
- To run the studio and the program with you: updates, mentorship and introductions you ask for.
- To send the emails the service needs, such as a copy of your application, an invite or a sign-in link, and a weekly update reminder.
We never sell your information. Only the Parvaz team reads applications. In the panel, founders see their own startup, and a mentor sees only the startups they are assigned to. Internal notes and terms are visible to the Parvaz team only.
Where it is kept
The data is stored with Supabase in the EU (Frankfurt). The site and panel run on Vercel, and emails are sent through Resend. These providers process data for us to run the service.
How long, and your choices
We keep an application while it is relevant to working together, and panel data while you have access. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time by writing to hello@parv.az, and we will do it.
