Does it cost anything?
No. The introduction is free. Parvaz takes equity only if the team you form joins the studio.
How do you choose who to suggest?
Roles have to complete each other: one of you is what the other is looking for. After that we look at the same city, then the same country, shared areas, timing, and whether one of you brings an idea while the other is open to one. Someone on the Parvaz team reads both profiles and writes why you could fit.
What does the other person see?
Your first name, what you bring, who you are looking for, your city, whether you have an idea, when you can go full-time and the areas you care about. Your surname and email are shared only when you both say yes. Your LinkedIn and what you wrote stay with the Parvaz team.
I do not have an idea yet. Can I still join?
Yes. Choose “Open to ideas”. We pair people who bring an idea with people who are open to one.
What if nobody fits yet?
Your profile stays with us and we write to you when someone does. To have it deleted, write to hello@parv.az.
